NECA

American Line Builders is one of 118 associated chapters with the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) and 1 of 7 chapters focused specifically on the outside electrical construction portion of the industry. NECA is the voice of the $171 billion industry responsible for bringing electrical power, lighting, and communications to buildings and communities across the United States. Kevin Moran, MBA

Kevin is the current Executive Director for the Chapter. He has been with American Line Builders since May 2012 and previously served on staff with NECA as a Staff Associate. Originally from Annapolis, MD, Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications/Public Relations from Radford University. He then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration from the University of Dayton. Kevin brings his extensive knowledge of the industry and years of experience in labor relations to members of the chapter.

Melanie Meyer

Melanie joined the Chapter as the Assistant Director in December 2021. She brings with her a Bachelor of Science from Eastern Kentucky University and experience working in two other industry associations. Membership relations and engagement will be her primarily focus as well as labor relations and marketing. She is happy to be a part of the American Line Builders Team and looks forward to meeting and serving the members.

Julie Bruns

Julie currently serves as the Administrative Coordinator for the Chapter. She has been with American Line Builders since February 2012. Originally from Lewisburg, OH, Julie earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Finance from the University of Indiana. Julie primarily handles daily office administration and overseas the Electronic Payroll Reporting (EPR) system providing employers with fringe benefit collections. Julie helps keep a smooth process in place for our internal office and for all members. She is the go to person when reporting benefits through the chapter

Nicole Lesniak

Nicole Lesniak started in April 2022 as the Chapter’s Administrative Assistant. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a certificate in Public Relations from the University of Cincinnati. She is an experienced administrative professional who has worked in office administration roles, primarily in the non-profit realm. She assists with day-to-day operations, EPR, phone calls and correspondence in collaboration with the ALB team. She looks forward to continuing to learn the industry while providing excellent support to members and staff.
